The person concerned is entitled to know: a) the origin of personal data; b) the handling modes and purposes; c) the rationale applied in the event of handling carried out with electronic tools; d) the details of the Data Controller, Data Processors and appointed representative under Art. 5, par. 2; e) the persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of such data in their role of appointed representatives, officers or executives.

The person concerned is entitled to obtain:

  • the updating, amendment or, if interested in doing so, an integration to the data; b) the cancellation, adaptation in anonymous form or block of the data unlawfully handled, including data for which no preservation is required to fulfil the purposes for which it has been collected and handled; c) a statement that the operations provided for in letters a) and b) above have been communicated to those to whom such data was disclosed, except in the event that fulfilling such obligation is impossible or would require such an overtly disproportionate amount in relation to the protected right.

The person concerned is entitled to oppose, wholly or partially:

  • for lawful reasons to the handling of personal data related to him/her, despite such data be relevant for the data collection purposes; b) to the handling of personal data related to him/her in relation to advertising materials or materials having a commercial promotional purpose or for conducting market surveys.
