Since 1999, Bookmark has been working in management consultancy and innovative IT solutions development for middle and large-sized companies in the industrial, banking, insurance-related, mass distribution and training sectors.
Bookmark started relying on Instant Developer from its "early days", designing a large number of customized applications and solutions specially created for their clients and making the most of In.de potential.
Active Trees, www.activetrees.it, is Bookmark's largest and most complex solution with over 700 tables and 850 forms. It can manage nearly 700 users and a 20 GB database.
Active Trees is the solution for managing the following processes in an innovative way and in a single system:
- strategic control and balanced score cards;
- program and project management;
- business process management, including workflow modules and business rules;
- staff planning and organization;
- Governance, Risk and Compliance;
- Corporate Social Responsibility;
- human resources (recruitment, management, competences, training, e-learning, appraisals and incentives, compensation policies and surveys);
- safety and occupational medicine;
- CRM marketing and after-sales services.
In addition, Bookmark has developed specialized solutions for:
- spare parts catalogs for mechanical companies - www.visualparts.it;
- category management for mass market distribution - www.activedemand.it;
- funded and fee-paying training courses.
In a number of cases Bookmark provided clients with training on Instant Developer and supported companies and software houses which were using our software for the first time.
